Her commitment to growth is rooted in education, having completed over 100 advanced training courses, primarily with Redken and other top professional color and design brands. She has also excelled in mentoring younger stylists, helping them sharpen their skills and master client communication.

As a company owned and operated by Christian leadership, we believe in a strong responsibility to support our surrounding community. This responsibility is based on four pillars of philanthropy. Customers may submit nominations for any Tennessee-based 501c3 charity that falls into at least one of these categories. Starting in 2026, a different charity will be selected each quarter from the nomination pool to receive a private donation.
